Help : missbehaving remote entities

Hello guys,
a teammate started working with colyseus js and she noticed strange behaviors, can you help us understand it?

Context: her clients just follow a simple script to determine their movements, for now, handled client side and sent through colyseus.
we are currently working on filters and noticed this behavior that was also present before she started using filters but became more important.
Behavior: sometimes, remote players jump from one part of the expected path to another place and then follow the movement from that point.
Consequences: the position of each remote player is not consistent across all clients.

Do you know what is happening and how she can fix this?
